When the lease on your company car is coming to an end, we will be in touch 12 months before the end of the lease agreement to start the process of ordering a new car, extending the lease on your current car, or realising the value your car. Because of the delivery times of new cars, it is important to start these processes well ahead of time.
It is important that you have made a decision on getting a new car no later than 6 months before the end of the lease. This means that we have enough time to start any necessary or potential measures relating to financing and ordering the new car.
1. Reply to the message we have sent you and let us know what you want to do when your current lease ends.
2. Read your company’s latest car policy so that you are aware of any changes since you ordered your last car.
3. Start the process of getting a new car by looking into the range of cars you are interested in and visit our partner dealership to test drive the models you like the look of.
4. Once you have made a decision on your new car, start the ordering process by letting us know which make and model you have chosen.
5. If you would like to extend your current lease, please let us know well ahead of time so that we can take the necessary measures.
The earlier we know what you want to do when your lease agreement ends, the better we are able to guarantee a smooth and timely process through our network of partners.
