No need to save up
By getting a company bike you can purchase the bike of your dreams without having to pay anything for it directly. You could buy an e-bike, or why not a racing bike?
The bike of your choice
Choose any model you want and buy it from any Finnish retailer. The length of the contract is determined by the purchase price of the bike.
Less tax to pay
Using FleetBike could save you up to €1200/year in taxes. Instead of buying a bike yourself you could get a bike and pay less tax.
Easy maintenance
All bikes purchased through FleetBike come with insurance. We also offer maintenance contracts as an add-on service.
What is the process for buying a FleetBike company bike?
You can start the bike buying process as soon as your employer has signed a contract with FleetBike.
1. Familiarise yourself with your employer’s bike policy. Then fill out our acquisition form.
2. Once you have sent us your form, we will check with your employer that you are entitled to a company bike. Once this has been verified, we will send you an electronic contract to sign in SignSpace.
3. Once you have signed the contract, we will email you instructions for both you and the retailer who you intend to buy the bike from.
4. Now you can go bike shopping at any Finnish bicycle shop or in the Canyon web shop. Find more instructions about buying a Canyon bike below.
5. Once you have chosen your bike, the retailer will contact Fleet for permission to invoice. This can take 2–4 working days. During high season it can take longer to get a response. Spring is a very busy time when many people head out bike shopping.
6. When the retailer has received permission to invoice it will invoice Fleet and hand over the bike to you. (Some retailers want to be able to see the payment in the system before they release the bike, which means a slightly longer wait for the bike.)
Buying a Canyon company bike
If you want your company bike to be a Canyon, that’s fine by us! Order the bike through Fleet’s customer service team. Remember to fill out our purchase form before initiating the purchase.
If you order a bike worth more than 4,000 euros, you must cover the excess yourself. The maximum price is 6,000 euros. We will send you an invoice for the excess once we have ordered the bike.

FleetBike calculators
If the company bike is offered as a salary sacrifice benefit, i.e. it is part of your salary, then your salary will be reduced by €100 every month. It is like paying for the bike in instalments, but the instalments are taken out of your salary every month. The bike itself is tax free. This arrangement will reduce your salary, which also lowers your tax rate. Use out calculator to find out how the company bike will impact your salary. If your situation changes at work
As the contracts extend over several years, situations can change. In these cases, the Fleet Bike is a flexible benefit.
If your new employer also offers the FleetBike benefit, then your contract can just be transferred to your new employer.
If your new employer offers company bikes through another partner or does not offer company bikes at all, you have three options:
- The bike can be transferred to another employee within the company.
- You can redeem the bike early before the end of the contract period by paying the remaining monthly payments (taxable value x remaining months) to Fleet Innovation. The contract has no early termination fee, you will only be charged an administrative fee of €62.
- The company bike contract can be cancelled, which will incur a cost of €600 (incl. VAT + delivery to Fleet Innovation’s return centre).
There are four options if the employer ends your employment contract:
- You can redeem the bike early before the end of the contract period by paying the remaining monthly payments (taxable value x remaining months) to Fleet Innovation. The contract has no early termination fee, you will only be charged an administrative fee of €62.
- The company cancels the bike contract and is liable for the cancellation costs.
- The bike can be transferred to another employee within the company.
- The contract is transferred to the employee’s new employer if they also offer company bikes through Fleet Innovation.
There are three options if the employer stops paying you temporarily:
- You can redeem the bike early before the end of the contract period by paying the remaining monthly payments (taxable value x remaining months) to Fleet Innovation. The contract has no early termination fee, you will only be charged an administrative fee of €62.
- The company cancels the bike contract and is liable for the cancellation costs.
- The bike can be transferred to another employee within the company.
There are three options if there is an unpaid break of more than 3 months on the employee’s initiative:
- The bike can be transferred to another employee within the company.
- You can redeem the bike early before the end of the contract period by paying the remaining monthly payments (taxable value x remaining months) to Fleet Innovation. The contract has no early termination fee, you will only be charged an administrative fee of €62.
- The company bike contract can be cancelled, which will incur a cost of €600 (incl. VAT + delivery to Fleet Innovation’s return centre).
The employer collects the value of the benefit from the employee retroactively.
